"We met Cherry Allen as a result of a colleague asking if I wanted to do some skills training on managing people.
Up until now as a small business, we have relied, as many small businesses do, on the skills of the Directors and management supported by various contacts including lawyers, “friends” and the wonderful world of the internet to meet our needs. However, having completed the training with Cherry and sensing an opportunity, we decided to look more closely at where we were and there were some clear gaps.
